Soap and Glory Kick Ass Concealer

The next drugstore concealer I tried out in my quest for the best was Soap and Glory's Kickass Concealer which I picked up from Boots for £10. This concealer is available in two different shades light and medium. I went for the 'light' shade as it is the colour best suited for my skin tone.

I really like this product as its a little kit which is easy to pop in your bag when you're out and about. Each kit contains two different concealers (an eye brightening concealer, and a light scrambling on the spot complexion concealer), a transparent setting powder and a lovely little mirror! The concealers are really good at covering up the dark circles under my eyes, but pretty average at covering my cholesterol marks up. I think this kit is definitely worth paying the little extra for as its so easy to pop into your handbag so that you can top up your makeup during the day, however it isn't the best concealer that I have tried; I definitely preferred the coverage from Collections Lasting Perfection concealer which was less than half the price of Soap and Glory's Kickass.
Overall I'm going to give this concealer a 7/10 as it does cover my dark circles pretty well, but doesn't quite achieve the coverage I would have hoped for for my cholesterol marks. I would definitely recommend picking one up, even if its just to take out and about with you in case of emergencies as it does a pretty good job on those tired looking eyes!

Have you tried Soap and Glory's Kickass concealer?

Thanks for reading!

  1. I really like this concealer but the Seventeen Phwoarrr Paint is very similar and just over half the price if you wanted something cheaper :)
