Estée Lauder Double Wear Concealer

I have been desperate to try out the Estée Lauder Double Wear concealer for months. I've seen people raving about the foundation, and really wanted to get my hands on the concealer in hopes it would be just as good. Thankfully Andy bought me it for my birthday way back in March, so i've had plenty of time of test it out and let you guys know what I think of it!

The Packaging and Pricing
Fitst of all I'm in love with the royal blue and gold packaging, it just screams 'high end brand', unlike Benefit's Boi-ing concealer which looks a tad on the cheap side in my opinion. The concealer has a RRP of £22, which is pretty much what you'd expect to pay for a high end product so I wasn't overly shocked at the price.

The Product
The wand has a doe foot applicator which allows liquid to pool within it, making it ideal for quick application. I found the concealer to be light, creamy and really blendable; it covers the red pigmentation of spots and broken capillaries quite well, but didn't do that great of a job at covering up my cholesterol marks and dark circles which was a bit disappointingEstée Lauder claim the product lasts 15 hours, however I beg to differ; I'd say it lasts about 4/5 hours at the most before needing reapplication.

Overall I give this product a grade of 7/10. I'd say stick to Collection's Lasting Perfection concealer as it has a much better coverage and doesn't cost as much, so you can spend those extra pennies on more make up!

Lush Oxford Street Haul

I recently went on holiday to London for a couple of days, so obviously I had to pay a visit to the three floor Lush store on Oxford Street. My eyes were darting from side to side as we walked down Oxford Street, until I caught a scent of the bath bombs in the wind and like magic, my body seemed to gravitate towards it (rather quickly too!). I walked in and was mesmorised by the amount of products (and people!) so I eagerly set off on my mission to swatch the lipsticks. I have to admit I wasn't that impressed with the makeup collection that they had to offer. I mean the lipstick shades just weren't for me, and the eyeshadow pigments were a little overpriced for the amount provided so I  sadly didn't pick anything up from it. I did however, pick up some other pretty cool bath products as you may have guessed from the pictures.

Yoga Bath Bomb (£3.95) -  I haven't gotten around to using this bath bomb yet, but its sweet but woody smell just instantly had me hooked. I really love the bright orange colour of it, and can't wait to see what colour it stains our beautiful white bath!

Frozen Bath Bomb (£3.75) - I've already used the frozen bath bomb and boy does it smell amazing! It's quite a fruity scent, and it leaves your bath water quite sparkly with speckles of glitter. It's definitely a contender for my favourite Lush product.

Pink Flamingo Bubble Bar (£5.95) - This is another product I have already tested out! It is super cute (obv as its a Flamingo), and is made with ylang ylang, bergamot and rosewood oils giving it a really fruity sweet scent. I love how its on a stick so it can be swirled around the bath, but it does fall off quite easily with the weight of the bubble bar. It was a really great product to try out, but sadly I'm not sure i'd repurchase as I much prefer the bath bombs.

Cyanide Pill Bath Bomb (£3.50) - I'm still haven't tried this bad boy out but just look at how amazing it is! The scent of this product is woody and quite lemon-y which I'm not that keen on, but it looked cool so I bought it anyway.

Blackberry Bath Bomb (£3.25) - This deep purple bath bomb is my is my go-to Lush product. Its been my favourite ever since I started shopping at Lush last year because of its beautiful scent, and how it leaves your skin feeling so soft after use.

I did pick up some other items including some bath oils but they're a little too messy to photograph!
