Liverpool's Hidden Gem

Liverpool is one of the best places in the world.
I'm not just saying that because I'm a Scouser, but because its absolutely fantastic for tourism. There is just so much to see and do here! You can pay a visit to the world famous Cavern Club home of The Beatles, spend the day shopping in the Liverpool One shopping complex, explore the Albert Dock, the two huge cathedrals and the many art galleries, or even get your photo taken next to Shankly at Anfield or Dixie Dean at Goodison Park. The list of things to see and do is endless, and i've even got a little hidden gem up my sleeve to tell you guys about!

Everton Park is situated in the North of Liverpool just a 20 minute bus ride from the city centre, and luckily enough is my local park! As you can tell by the photos above it overlooks the city centre giving an amazing view of the Liverpool skyline. I've been visiting this park since I was a little girl, it holds so many memories (including learning to ride a bike!) and the view still never fails to amaze me. So if you're visiting Liverpool why not stay in one of the many Travelodge locations, and take a trip to Everton Park to check the view out for yourself?
